Blogger of the week- Week 1 Term 4
Gidday Mates!
Hip Hooray we are so excited to be back at school for the last term. We are looking forward to learning about Celebrations of people in our class and around the world. We are also looking forward to learning about money and writing really cool made up stories.
This week we met an author called Tracy Duncan. We liked when she read us a story because she used great adjectives. We thought she was an amazing illustrator and some of us really want to write and illustrate our own books.
We have started to practice athletics and are loving racing each other in sprints. We are hoping the weather will hold out so that we can have a practice at long jump and high jump today.
We planted some special trees in our forest and we are making sure we remember to water them. A big thank you to Oliver and his Mum for keeping our sunflowers and potato alive over the holidays.
Next week we are looking forward to learning heaps and having lots of fun with our teacher and our friends!

Today we were very lucky because Tyson's mum made us a scrumptious and delicious cake. The only thing is that it's a sad cake because Tyson is leaving on Wednesday. We will miss him so much. But we know he will have lots of fun and make new friends at his new school.

When we got to school this morning look at what had happened!!!
We also looked at what would happen if we put raisins in fizzy water.
They started dancing as the bubble attached to them and then when they got to the top the bubbles popped and they fell down.

We have been really busy paper maching all the parts of our bee. We did a bit of an organise this morning and found due to some balloons going down we were missing a few parts. So we asked some of our awesome big buddies to come up and help get them finished so that we can paint them in the next couple of weeks.
