We are all really super excited because there is only 2 more sleeps till the gala!!! We have worked hard getting raffle money, prizes and baking cakes. Now we are looking forward to playing the games and having fun on Sunday. We hope to see you there!
Yesterday we had the playhouse theatre come to school to perform Rapunzel. This is what we thought about it:
"It was funny when pinocchio came out." Dyuti
"It was sad when Rapunzel got trapped up in the tower." Jess
"I liked it when the prince and Rapunzel did the rap." Ashya
"I liked it when they did the rap because it was really funny singing." Megan
"I liked it when Simon Cow cut Rapunzels hair off!" Izzy
This week we had Kapahaka with Mr Holmes and the Punga syndicate. We sang some colour and number songs and played a game with numbers.
We are now off to get on with finishing our teacher portraits, come back and have a look at them when they are done.
